Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for precise execution of multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to design technical solutions for new feature development.
  • Engage with the Data Science team to train intelligent document processing AI models tailored to specific customer requirements.
  • Support the Customer Success team in maintaining the production environment health and stability.
  • Telecommuting Allowed

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics or related field, plus two (2) years of experience in technical integrations, particularly with Salesforce. Experience must include 2 years of systems design and Data Analysis. Must have demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP and Data Visualization. Experience may be gained concurrently.
